WELCOME TO OUR WINERY

In 2018, we had the opportunity to acquire a true historical treasure: vineyards and a century-old winery located in Shalauri (Telavi), in the heart of Georgia. Since then, we have undertaken a meticulous renovation to bring this exceptional place back to life. Today, we are proud to present to you our wine production, crafted using traditional Georgian methods and ancient grape varieties.

Our winery, dating back to 1910, houses century-old qvevris made by the famous potter Isidore Chubinidze. These qvevris, the centerpiece of our winemaking process, give our wines unique richness and depth.

Our adventure doesn't stop there. We are currently working on opening a charming 8-room hotel, a wine bar, a tasting area, and a restaurant. These facilities will be dedicated to offering you a complete wine and gastronomic experience at the heart of our estate.

My husband, originally from Telavi, has always dreamed of renovating this historic heritage. His love for the region and his commitment to Georgian winemaking tradition are at the heart of our project. We can't wait to share our passion for wine and the history of this enchanting place with you.
